- Source and purchase automotive parts, vehicles, and related materials from approved suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability within the automotive industry.
- Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Track inventory levels and initiate purchases to maintain optimal stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and budget requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- 3–4 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local automotive market, including spare parts and vehicle suppliers.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
