We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Helpers in the manufacturing sector. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our production and logistics processes. As a Helper, you will play a critical supporting role in the movement of materials, goods, and equipment within the facility. - Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Ensure proper organization and placement of materials in designated storage or production areas to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Support production teams by delivering materials to workstations and removing waste or excess inventory as needed.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work spaces in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or safety concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and support shift operations.
- Perform basic inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliation as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in industrial operations or logistics is a plus.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to ${} lbs) consistently throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
