We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cutting & Stitching Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in the production of high-quality bags, with a focus on lohia-style and custom-designed bags. • Operate and maintain cutting and stitching machines for the production of bags, including lohia bags and other custom designs.
• Accurately cut fabric and materials according to specified patterns and dimensions using manual or automated cutting equipment.
• Perform precise stitching using industrial sewing machines, ensuring consistent stitch quality, alignment, and durability.
• Inspect finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards before final packaging.
• Follow safety protocols and conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards in accordance with company and industry regulations.
• Report equipment issues or material shortages promptly to relevant personnel.

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in cutting and stitching operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in operating industrial sewing machines and cutting tools, particularly in bag manufacturing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in lohia bag stitching techniques and pattern‑based cutting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, templates, and production specifications.
