We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jumbo Bag Stitching Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of heavy‑duty jumbo bags used across industries such as agriculture, chemicals, and construction. The ideal candidate will operate industrial sewing machines with precision, maintain consistent stitching standards, and contribute to seamless production workflows.

As a key member of the production line, you will play a vital role in meeting output targets, maintaining safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. • Operate and monitor industrial stitching machines used in the production of jumbo bags (also known as FIBCs – Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers).
• Prepare materials by inspecting fabric, identifying defects, and ensuring proper alignment before stitching.
• Perform accurate and consistent stitching according to product specifications, including seam strength, stitch count, and pattern alignment.
• Conduct routine machine checks, perform basic maintenance, and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Monitor production output to ensure adherence to daily targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot stitching issues and improve process efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and machinery, to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in material handling, including loading/unloading fabric rolls and preparing components for stitching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S principles and company standards.

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as a machine operator or stitching operator in a manufacturing or textile environment.
• Proven experience in stitching jumbo bags or similar industrial fabric products.
• Familiarity with industrial sewing machines, including troubleshooting common operational issues.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, work instructions, and quality checklists.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency in stitching.
• Basic understanding of material handling and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented production environment.
