Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for our brand and engaging with our digital community.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with the online community
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages from the online community in a timely manner
• Manage online events and promotions to drive engagement and increase followers
• Analyze social media metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitors’ activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Digital Community Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

• Pakistani nationality
• Knowledge of Urdu language
• Experience managing digital communities for brands targeting Pakistani audience

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

English language proficiency is not required.
