Digital Community Manager - Malayalees (UAE)
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing online communities of Malayalees in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media and has a strong understanding of the Malayalee culture.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage with the Malayalee community on various social media platforms
- Create and curate content that resonates with the target audience
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews from the community
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to promote products or services targeted towards Malayalees
- Plan and execute online events or campaigns to increase brand awareness and community engagement
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of community initiatives
- Fluent in Malayalam, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of English is preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Familiarity with popular hashtags and trends among the Malayalee community
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people from different backgrounds
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for online engagement
- No prior experience required but must be willing to learn on the job
