Advertising Manager - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies to promote our company's products and services. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship for non-UAE nationals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement advertising campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their preferences
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling advertising content
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments
- Manage budgets for advertising activities
- Build relationships with media outlets and negotiate advertising rates
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into advertising strategies
- Train and supervise junior advertising staff
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE market
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proven track record of successful advertising campaigns
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Indian nationality preferred
