We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Relations Manager who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation
• Create press releases, media kits, and other communication materials
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers
• Plan and manage events such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaigns' effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Train and coach team members on effective communication techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations or a similar role
• Fluent in Hindi and English (written and verbal)
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
