Location: Fujairah City
Quality Assurance
- Implement and monitor the company s Quality Management System QMS across all active projects
- Ensure all fit-out works comply with approved shop drawings material submittals project specifications and applicable standards
- Conduct quality planning and prepare Inspection Test Plans ITPs Method Statements and quality checklists where required
- Verify that approved materials are used on site before installation
- Conduct routine inspections across multiple project sites to monitor the quality of architectural and interior fit-out works including Drywall and gypsum partitions

Painting and decorative finishes
Glass and metal works
Doors and hardware
Furniture installationMEP finishes coordination - Identify defects poor workmanship and non-conformities
- Issue NCRs Non-Conformance Reports and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure
- Perform snagging and de-snagging inspections prior to project handover
- Visit all active company projects regularly to ensure consistent quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Site Supervisors subcontractors consultants and clients regarding quality-related matters
- Attend site progress meetings and quality meetings as required
- Support project teams in resolving quality issues promptly
- Maintain QA QC documentation inspection reports site observation reports NCRs and quality records
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly quality reports
- Ensure all inspection records and project quality documents are properly maintained
- Coordinate consultant inspections and obtain necessary approvals
- Conduct final quality inspections before consultant and client inspections
- Ensure all snags are rectified before project handover
- Assist in preparing handover documentation quality dossiers and completion reports
- Ensure quality inspections are carried out in compliance with company HSE policies
- Promote safe working practices while conducting site inspections
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations project specifications and relevant international standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
- QA/QC certifications or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification are an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4-9 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in joinery, ceilings, gypsum works, flooring, painting, marble, and decorative finishes.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and NCR processes is preferred.
- UAE Driving License is preferred due to frequent site visits.
