We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in the kitchen of a professional establishment, preferably with some international cuisine experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring all food is cooked and presented to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. This role requires knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, ordering supplies and stock control.

The Chef must demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a busy environment is essential. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can take initiative and lead the team in creating new dishes.
