Cashier job vacancy in El-Fujairah, UAE. El-Fujairah is looking for a Cashier to provide exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently handling transactions at the register. The position offers a salary of 1,200 AED. The company welcomes foreign applicants.
Responsibilities- Greet customers courteously as they enter the store
- Assist customers in locating items in the store
- Operate a cash register and accurately process customer payments
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Receive merchandise from vendors as needed
- Maintain an organized work area and clean environment
- Follow all safety protocols while working with customers and handling money
- Adhere to store policies and procedures while working with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and quickly learn new procedures and systems
- Minimal work experience required; previous cashier experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints
- Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
- Basic math skills and eye for detail in counting money
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Enjoy working with the public
