Merchandiser - El-Fujairah Salary: 1000
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in El-Fujairah. We are willing to consider foreign applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing merchandise plans, while ensuring that the store meets its sales targets.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in merchandising
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful merchandise plans
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles
- Develop and execute effective merchandise plans to meet sales targets
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize stock levels
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Advise store staff on product knowledge and best practices for customer service
- Develop promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales
