Merchandiser job in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
Responsibilities- Analyze sales trends and create strategies to maximize profits
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly
- Design promotional campaigns to attract new customers
- Negotiate supplier contracts and prices
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product placement
- Ensure the store is visually appealing; update displays regularly
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role; however, we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
