Cashier job vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE for foreigners El-Fujairah is seeking a Cashier to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently handling transactions at the register. This position offers a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering foreign applicants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an ability to work well with others, and the ability to quickly learn new procedures and systems.
We expect minimal work experience for this role, but previous cashier experience is preferred.
The Cashier's primary responsibilities include:
- Greet customers courteously as they enter the store
- Assist customers in locating items in the store
- Operate a cash register and accurately process customer payments
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Receive merchandise from vendors as needed
- Maintain an organized work area and clean environment
- Follow all safety protocols while working with customers and handling money
- Adhere to store policies and procedures while working with customers
The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to effectively handle customer complaints, have a positive attitude, be reliable and punctual, have basic math skills, have an eye for detail when counting money, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to stand for long periods of time, and enjoy working with the public.
