Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will lead the sales team and be responsible for setting goals, delivering results and building relationships with customers. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 Dirhams per month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Manager will be responsible for setting goals, developing strategies and leading a team of sales representatives. They will also be responsible for monitoring performance, providing feedback and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to develop campaigns to increase customer base, promote products or services and ensure that customer service is of the highest standard.
Requirements- Proven track record in sales management or similar role
- Ability to effectively lead a team of sales reps
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable knowledge in market research techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software tools
- BSc degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Previous experience working within a multicultural environment (preferred)
The ideal candidate should possess strong motivational skills as well as an ability to think on their feet and execute ideas quickly. They should also have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
