Job Title:
Telemarketer
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Introduce our products or services and provide information to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers via phone or email as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree is a plus - Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate with customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be located in El-Fujairah, UAE or willing to relocate
