Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure our business objectives are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales personnel and helping them reach their targets. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure success in this position.
Demandsfor the Candidate
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to motivate a team of sales personnel
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of customer needs and requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but not required
- A competitive salary (1300 AED) depending on experience with potential bonus opportunities.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is 1300 AED per month plus performance bonuses or commissions depending on achieved targets.
