We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with experience in sales and customer relations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals while providing excellent customer service.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to generate revenue by developing strategies and driving sales. This role also involves creating and executing marketing plans, managing accounts, setting goals, tracking performance metrics, providing training, and managing a team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager must have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with customers.

We are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of one year of experience in sales management or similar roles. Experience in the UAE market is an advantage. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential for this role as well as the ability to speak Arabic or any other language would be beneficial.
