We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities into the region, increasing sales revenues and ensuring that customer service is of the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing effective sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
- Negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, distributors and other stakeholders
- Creating promotional plans to increase brand awareness in the region
- Monitoring competitor activities, market trends and industry developments
- Coordinating with marketing teams to develop pricing strategies
- Meeting monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as set by the company
- Providing regular feedback on sales performance to senior management.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of energy with positive attitude
The successful applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as the following required skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
