CCTV Operator

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems and help maintain a safe and secure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the security team when required.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Identify and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, restricted areas, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Record and maintain accurate daily CCTV and incident logs.
• Review CCTV footage when required for investigations.
• Provide relevant CCTV footage to authorized personnel when requested.
• Immediately report security incidents to the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.
• Monitor the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, recording systems, and monitoring equipment.
• Report technical faults or equipment issues promptly.
• Coordinate with security guards and other departments during incidents.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
• Follow company security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related position is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems and basic computer operations.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
