- Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage to identify and mitigate potential security threats in real-time.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing immediate assistance and reporting to law enforcement when necessary.
- Perform thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and preparing detailed incident reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or security management is preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or a Security Guard License to demonstrate competency.
- 1-3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, showcasing hands-on knowledge of security operations.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technologies, enabling efficient monitoring and reporting.
