Job Summary:
The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will ensure all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design HVAC systems according to project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Good communication and project management skills.
Experience in commissioning and testing HVAC systems.
Knowledge of energy-efficient systems is a plus.
