Senior Sailor - El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sailor to join our team in El‑Fujairah, UAE. As a first class sailor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse crew and gain valuable experience in the maritime industry. This is a full‑time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of ship operations, including navigation, safety, and maintenance
• Supervise and train junior sailors on board
• Maintain logs, reports, and records of ship activities
• Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe sailing
• Perform routine maintenance on ship equipment and systems
• Oversee loading and unloading of cargo according to safety regulations
• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or issues on board

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a sailor 1st class
• Must hold necessary certifications for sea travel (STCW)
• Ability to work well in a team and lead others effectively
• Strong knowledge of navigation techniques and maritime laws/regulations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Physically fit with the ability to work long hours at sea

Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is based in El‑Fujairah, UAE.
