Breakbulk & Project Cargo Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage breakbulk and project cargo operations from vessel discharge through final delivery
• Coordinate with port authorities shipping agents transporters equipment suppliers stevedores and clients
• Plan cargo movements based on weight dimensions trailer capacity and applicable road port restrictions
• Coordinate flatbeds lowbeds cranes forklifts manpower stevedores and other operational equipment
• Monitor vessel discharge cargo loading transport offloading and yard operations
• Handle oversized and OOG cargo movement requirements
• Coordinate permits escorts vehicle access gate passes and operational approvals
• Maintain proper tally records trip records timesheets and operational supporting documents
• Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding operational status delays requirements and risks
• Identify operational issues early and take immediate action to resolve them
• Ensure safe and efficient cargo handling throughout the operation

• Proven UAE experience in breakbulk, project cargo, OOG cargo, RoRo, or heavy cargo operations
• Practical experience with cranes, forklifts, stevedores, flatbeds, lowbeds, and port operations
• Understanding of cargo dimensions, weights, trailer planning, and operational restrictions
• Experience in Fujairah Port, Khalid Port, Hamriyah, Jebel Ali, or similar UAE ports is highly preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Confident dealing with clients, drivers, port teams, contractors, and authorities
• Street-smart, energetic, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field
• Able to work under pressure during vessel and cargo operations
• Must be willing to work in Fujairah
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
