Job DescriptionOur Service and Installation client is seeking a detail‑oriented accounts payable clerk who thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment. This is an onsite role in Fullerton, CA. The position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to handle high volumes of detailed itemized billing, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high‑volume, detailed itemized billing analysis with accuracy.
- Memorize and utilize internal codes for processing invoices and billing.
- Process vendor invoices and assist with overhead tasks.
- Manage vendor payments via check and credit card.
- Process vendor applications and maintain accurate vendor records.
- Provide coverage for front‑desk duties and assist during phone breaks.
- Respond to Accounts Payable inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform light Excel tasks, primarily focused on data entry.
- Prior Accounts Payable or billing experience in a fast‑paced environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workloads.
- Familiarity with internal coding systems is a plus.
- Basic Excel skills are required (data entry).
- Effective communication and organization skills.
- A team player with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
