Data Entry Associate | Full-Time | Onsite | Fullerton, CA
Join a team supporting transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations, helping ensure shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
Pay: $21/hour
Location: Fullerton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
What You'll Do- Check in drivers and process shipping documentation
- Enter and verify shipment information within company systems
- Transfer data from Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and efficiently
- Confirm shipment destinations and ensure data integrity
- Print labels and documentation to support warehouse operations
- Release loads and communicate directly with the port
- Send shipping documents and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Assist warehouse teams with administrative support
- Enter and process hazardous materials (HAZ) information
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
