We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery Concierge to join our on-site team at a student housing community. This role involves receiving, organizing, and ensuring the prompt and professional delivery of packages to residents.
What You Will Do- Receive and log incoming packages and mail deliveries
- Sort, organize, and store packages in the mailroom according to property protocols
- Notify residents of package arrivals
- Deliver packages directly to resident doors or designated delivery areas
- Assist residents with package pick-up and questions during mailroom hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure mailroom environment
- Communicate with the front office and maintenance team as needed
- Report any delivery issues, damage, or safety concerns immediately
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Occasional travel may be necessary as needed
- High School Diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to contribute effectively within various organizational settings
- The utmost integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- Effective written and spoken communication appropriate to the situation
- Active listening, asking clarifying questions, and providing tactful feedback
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Collaborative mindset, sharing information, and supporting decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting
- Good vision (with or without correction) and ability to drive to client locations as needed
- Well-lit, heated/air-conditioned indoor office setting
- Occasional property walks or outdoor marketing events
- Moderate noise typical of a business office
