Role Summary The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports end‑to‑end supply chain operations across imported, OEM, and locally manufactured product lines through data analysis, execution support, and cross‑functional coordination. This role connects demand input from Sales and Marketing with supply execution from suppliers, helping improve order fulfillment, inventory efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Demand & Supply Planning (S&OP)
- Weekly/Monthly demand planning using sales forecasts, order trends, and historical data
- Review supply plans and identify capacity or lead‑time constraints
- Inventory forecasting and monthly product transfer planning
- Prepare materials and analysis for weekly S&OP meetings
- Supply Chain Execution & Coordination – monitor execution for imported, OEM, and locally manufactured products
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to track schedules and resolve execution issues
- Analyze the operational impact of demand changes in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
- Key supply chain KPI analysis – Fill Rate, Inventory Levels, Inventory Turns, Loss
- Identify drivers of shortages and excess inventory and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement
- Cross‑functional communication – work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing, and suppliers on day‑to‑day coordination
- Deliver clear reports and presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations
- Support management decision‑making with relevant data and scenarios
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles
- Experience with import operations, OEM supply chains, or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of S&OP, demand/supply planning, and inventory analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
PowerPoint required - Strong communication and coordination skills across functions and suppliers
- Bilingual in Korean
