US Director of Sales – Pursuit Sales Solutions

Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of biomaterials used in dental and orthopedic surgeries for bone and tissue regeneration! They are experiencing over 25% year-over-year growth and are looking to add a US Sales Director to their team.

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of sales leadership experience in the dental industry

• Proven success with bone grafts, implants, or regenerative biomaterials

• Comfortable leading remote outside sales teams and driving performance

• Data-driven, organized, and highly personable

• Able to travel nationally 3x/month for events and field support

• Experience selling into DSOs is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of outside sales representatives across the U.S.

• Oversee national sales strategy, training, and execution

• Travel to exhibitions, trade shows, and ride-alongs

• Be the driving force behind major revenue growth as the company continues scaling

• Work directly with senior leadership to shape U.S. market strategy and expansion

Compensation & Benefits

• Base + Commissions (commissions are based on US sales)

• Year 1 OTE: ~$130K–$160K
