Senior Project Manager — Commercial Electrical Construction
Location: Fullerton, CA Area On-site
Base Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience

JML Search is partnering with an established electrical contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for its Southern California team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex projects, working closely with field teams, and taking ownership of project delivery.
What You’ll Do- Lead commercial electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with field leadership, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Oversee procurement, change orders, and project documentation.
- Resolve challenges affecting project schedules, costs, and delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and keep project stakeholders informed.
- Support project execution in line with contractual, quality, and safety requirements.
- Minimum 8 years of commercial electrical construction experience working for an electrical contractor; 10+ years preferred.
- Proven experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and field coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Hospital, airport, or other complex commercial project experience preferred.
- Data center experience is a plus, but is not required.
This is an on-site position based in the Fullerton area
. Candidates must be able to commute to Fullerton or assigned project locations on a daily basis
.
The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience
