About the Role

As our Dental Treatment & Financial Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. You’ll guide them through their treatment plans, handle financial arrangements, and support our team in delivering top‑quality care.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way
  • Manage and coordinate treatment schedules to optimize patient flow
  • Oversee financial coordination, including payment plans, insurance claims, and patient billing
  • Serve as the liaison between patients and the clinical team, keeping everyone informed and on the same page
  • Handle insurance verification and pre‑authorizations with accuracy
  • Build positive relationships with patients to create a welcoming and trusted environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in dental treatment and/or financial coordination (preferred)
  • Knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims, and payment plans
  • Proficiency with dental management software (Eaglesoft)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong multi‑tasking abilities and a detail‑oriented mindset
  • A compassionate and patient‑focused attitude
