Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Take and develop dental X‑rays.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during visits.
  • Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
  • Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or Dental Assistant (DA) certification.
  • X‑ray certification required (California Radiation Safety).
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Infection control certification (per California state laws).
  • Ability to follow California state regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Knowledge of dental software, such as Eaglesoft.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work well in a team.
  • Positive attitude, motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays.
