Overview:
Vivo Health Staff is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice Primary Care Physician dedicated to delivering exceptional care to complex patients. In this collaborative role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers. You'll benefit from cutting-edge technology, including a comprehensive EMR and a unique decision support tool, ensuring actionable and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-based primary care, emphasizing senior patient care.
- Conduct annual wellness assessments.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers for holistic patient care.
- Engage in and occasionally lead interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest in patient care technology and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient data privacy.

Qualifications:

- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- California Medical License and DEA license required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with advanced medical technology and practices.
