The Aging Studies Program at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part-Time Lecturer pool to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Gerontology.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Gerontology (introductory to MS level).
- Develop and review course syllabi and assignments.
- Master’s degree in Gerontology or related field with gerontology-related research, teaching, and/or professional experience.
- ABD Ph.D. Candidate in Gerontology or related field for graduate-level teaching;
Master’s with relevant experience may be considered. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse student populations, including first-generation college students.
- Experience working with diverse populations and fostering inclusive learning environments.
- Relevant professional experience and professional capabilities.

Initial appointments are one semester only. Salary range: $5,507 - $6,677 per month, not to exceed $6,221 per month. For three-unit assignments, typical compensation ranges from $6,608.40 to $7,465.20 per semester.
Background CheckPosition requires satisfactory background check; employment contingent upon completion. Faculty rehired after more than 12 months must undergo new check.
