We are seeking a dynamic and experienced planner to join our engineering team in the Utilities sector. This role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of planning and scheduling for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.
Job DetailsBase pay range: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
Location: Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
- Coordinate with project staff to ensure accurate and timely tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- Utilize SAP for project management and tracking.
- Conduct short circuit and voltage analysis, ensuring all projects comply with industry standards.
- Perform detailed circuit mapping and manage power distribution.
- Work with voltage levels from 4kv-35kv, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with GO128 and GO95 regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of as‑built documentation.
- Work in compliance with CEQA guidelines and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members and work closely with other departments to ensure project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in the engineering industry.
- Proven experience with Utilities, SAP, Short Circuit, Voltage, circuit mapping, 4kv-35kv.
- Knowledge of GO128, GO95, CEQA regulations.
- Experience in Power Distribution and as‑built documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
