The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they’re the ones who hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Amid all their day‑to‑day, our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and a dedication to developing the team’s hourly staff.

This role will involve:
- Make guests a priority #1 by championing guests and delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and addressing and resolving guest complaints.
- Never stop improving by honing operational execution and scheduling staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
- Take every opportunity to capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
- Partner with leagues by developing and maintaining a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues.
- Assemble an all‑star team by recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
- Show off your management skills by leading the team, motivating them, leveraging individual strengths, delegating effectively.
- Drive Food & Beverage sales by overseeing management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction, providing ongoing training and supervision.
- Remain flexible by working varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
As a committed member of our team you’re ready to fill in for your center’s General Manager as needed. You have excellent guest service sensibility, strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility to support the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays, a dedicated team player and great at developing talents of your team. You’re looking to ultimately take the next step toward becoming a General Manager.

- 2+ Years of Management Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s Degree
- The ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong Team Player
- Exceptional “People Developer”
- Customer Service Pro
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.

The pay range for this position is $29.16 to $30.00.
