Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist – Providence St. Jude Medical Center

Full‑time position, 8‑hour day shifts, located in Fullerton, CA. Reports to the Laboratory Director and Supervisor.

• Perform technical, analytical, clerical, and quality assurance functions within the laboratory department.
• Supervise and coordinate laboratory activities during assigned shift or periods of time.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and laboratory standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (or equivalent) upon hire
• Various specialized licenses (Clinical Chemist, Immunohematologist, Microbiologist, Toxicologist, Cytogeneticist, Genetic Molecular Biologist, Hematology, Histocompatibility, Biochemistry Special, or Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special) upon hire
• At least 3 years of licensed Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience in an acute care facility

Base pay range listed separately. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, bonuses, and incentive opportunities.
