The Division of Information Technology (IT) strives to be a strategic, innovative, and best-in-class IT organization that provides a leading-edge technology environment for students, faculty, and staff to advance the University’s mission, vision and goals. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our ERP Analytic Services team as a Business Systems Analyst II. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, an active, energetic mind, and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness.

• Lead and participate in ongoing design and review sessions to implement changes required by new or revised People Soft functionality.
• Maintain functional specifications for implementations, conversions, upgrades, customizations, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow.
• Create and execute test scripts and scenarios; assist with application testing for system enhancements, patches, fixes, custom modifications, and new baseline releases.
• Provide training for central and distributed users, including development of training handouts, brochures, online materials, and business process guides.
• Create ad‑hoc and canned queries and serve as liaison between end‑users and technical staff.
• Coordinate and test application fixes and patches.
• Develop specifications and requirements for custom applications; consult with functional users to define scope and perform feasibility and design analysis.
• Document external system integration needs.
• Support People Soft Human Capital Management implementation, mirroring Finance support duties including design sessions, functional specification maintenance, testing, training, and coordination of fixes/patches.
• Conduct core and distributed user training sessions as needed.
