Full-time/Long Term Contract With potential extension.

Description:

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting and administering enterprise network and server environments.
• Demonstrated experience assisting Senior Network Administrators in the operation, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Experience supporting on‑premises and cloud‑based server environments, including virtual and physical servers.
• Working knowledge of network security practices, including access control, patching, virus protection, and basic incident response.
• Experience providing onsite technical support across multiple facilities and departments.
• Prior experience supporting public‑sector or municipal IT environments is preferred.
• Experience working in or supporting public safety environments (Police and Fire) is desirable and subject to background investigation and security clearance requirements.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server or equivalent Microsoft infrastructure certification.
• Associate or bachelor s degree in information technology
