Job Title
CNC Machinist Trainee – 1st Shift (Mon‑Fri 5:00 am‑3:30 pm) – Fullerton, CA – $23–$25 /hr plus quarterly bonuses and a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.
What You’ll Do- Operate CNC lathes (Takisawa, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Doosan, or SWISS) with a minimum of one year of experience.
- Interpret blueprints and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Load, unload, and identify proper tooling; conduct quick change tooling and tool inspections.
- Assist CNC operators in deburring components and perform first‑piece inspections using correct measuring tools.
- Adjust machine controls and part processes as directed.
- Stand for extended periods, lift, reach, and bend as required by the job.
- Fundamental understanding of reading blueprints.
- Strong technical abilities, keen eye for detail, and strong mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with adjustable CNC machines and related software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
