Overview

Caregiver role at Ivy Living – part‑time shifts available at Ivy Park in Fullerton. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED. The position is open for experienced candidates but the employer will train the right candidate.

$18.00 – $18.50 per hour.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Must comply with COVID‑19 vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE requirements as required by Oakmont Management Group.
