RN – Mother Baby – Nights Full‑Time

Providence St. Jude Medical Center – Fullerton, CA. This full‑time position requires 12‑hour night shifts on the Mother Baby Unit, where the postpartum couplet is encouraged to bond while you provide nursing care and education.

• Deliver direct patient care to postpartum mother‑baby pairs.
• Support breastfeeding and provide education on infant feeding.
• Teach parents essential newborn care, including diapering, bathing, umbilical‑cord care, and circumcision care.
• Maintain safe and comfortable environment for mother and infant during the 12‑hour shift.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs and goals.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse license in effect upon hire.
• Board‑certified Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Board‑certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience.
