Style consultants understand meeting guest needs, delivering guest experiences, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising to inspire guests and build basket. They keep the floor full of right product, accurately priced and signed with correct sizes, styles, colors.

• Guest Service Fundamentals – Support a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Retail Business Fundamentals – Knowledge of sales trends, inventory management, pricing and promotions, visual merchandising.
• Industry Trends – Keep up with style, seasonality and brand differentiation.
• Floor Management – Set, fill, and price the floor to prioritize guest needs.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest‑ready floorpad by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to sales floor, locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floorpad through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through.
• Support price change processes and clearance merchandising practices.
• Use fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise to the sales floor during the day.
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU) within compliance.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way when assistance is needed.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others – guests, teammates.
• You thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active and physically demanding role, with teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem‑solving.
• You are willing to work a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

• Strong interest in apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple-frequency devices, operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Maintain focus and composure in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 44 lbs without assistance.
• Flexible schedule: reliable and prompt attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements (Drive‑Up, carryout, etc.).
• Remain mobile for the full duration of a shift (shift length may vary).
