About Octo Pro Coatings
Octo Pro Coatings is a growing floor coatings company in Southern California dedicated to delivering high‑quality, innovative, and long‑lasting concrete floor transformations for residential and commercial clients.
PositionSales Representative (Entry Level) – Full‑time.
Work hours:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM;
Saturday, 9 AM–3 PM.
- Meet with qualified leads provided by the company
- Present and demonstrate floor coating solutions
- Achieve a sales success rate above 40%
- Participate in weekly training sessions and meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and reliable
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Base pay plus commission and bonuses
