글로벌 물류(포워딩) 기업에서 BDM과 함께 신규 고객을 발굴하고 기존 고객과의 거래를 넓혀 갈 Inside Sales Representative를 모집합니다.
근무 조건- Full-time, 1년 계약 (연장 가능)
- 근무지:
Cerritos, CA - 근무시간: 월~금 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM
- 시급: $34.03~ (DOE)
- 한국어·영어 이중언어 필수
- 콜드콜, 이메일, 시장 조사를 통한 신규 영업 리드 발굴 및 검증
- BDM과 협력하여 영업 기회 실행, 미팅 및 상담 일정 조율
- 고객사의 물동량, 운송 구간, 니즈 파악 및 CRM 파이프라인 관리
- 운임, 조건, 서비스 계약 협상 및 신규 물량 수주
- 통관·창고 등 부가 물류 서비스 교차·추가 판매
- 가격·구매·운영팀과 협력해 해상·항공·트럭 운임 수집, 견적서·제안서 작성 및 후속 관리
- 신규 고객을 CS·정산·운영팀에 원활하게 인계
- 경쟁사 운임 및 시장 동향 보고, 견적 성공률 및 주간 영업 실적 보고
- 입찰(Tender), RFQ 대응 및 영업 프레젠테이션 준비 지원
- 학사 학위 필수
- 한국어·영어 이중언어 필수
- 운송, 물류, 포워딩, 공급망 관련 경력 5년 이상 (인사이드 세일즈 또는 고객 서비스 1~3년 포함)
- MS Office 고급 활용, 특히 Excel(피벗 테이블, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, 데이터 분석) 및 Power Point
- FIS, WMS, CRM(Salesforce, Hub Spot 등) 사용 경험
- 분석력, 정리 능력, 문제 해결 능력, 커뮤니케이션 및 대인관계 능력
- 국제 운송, 포워딩, 북미 운송 네트워크에 대한 이해
- 출장: 미국 내 0%, 남가주 지역 10%
