* Assist in the requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools.
* Contribute to the development of new work products or enhance existing applications and systems.
* Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions in C++ and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
* Participate in technical reviews of software components and systems.
* Follow established Agile/Scrum development practices and processes to maintain the configuration management of software products.
* Occasional travel (up to 10%) to radar installations to help with testing, integration, or troubleshooting. Qualifications You Must Have

* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

* Experience with Agile/SCRUM, Dev Ops, Jira, Jenkins, and version control systems. Qualifications We Prefer
* Experience with radar systems or other real-time embedded systems.
* Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and real-time embedded systems.
* C++ experience applied to real-time Digital Signal Processing (DSP), enabling radar systems to interpret complex signals and deliver mission-critical awareness.
* Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring junior engineers.
* Scripting skills (Python, Perl, or Bash) for automation and testing.
