Physical Therapist

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work in Fulton, MO
. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $50 / hour (W-2)

• Requested services performed between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, up to 16 hours per week.
• One day of New Employee Orientation training required.
• We would like service to start as soon as possible.

• Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related field.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
• Must have up-to-date credentials in the state of MO.

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs focused on rehabilitation.
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
• Record and document patient care services.
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well‑rounded care.
