Hearnes Psychiatric Center positions:- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with some flexibility in hours required
- Tuesday-Saturday, 12pm-830pm, with some flexibility in hours required
- Sunday-Thursday, 12pm-830pm, with some flexibility in hours required
Rate of pay- $36,504.48/year

What you'll do:- Plan and implement groups/activities to assist clients in their recovery/treatment - focusing on recreation/leisure, life, work, social, physical/wellness skills
- Serve as job coach to clients in the work therapy program/ unit
- Provide a safe/secure environment during client activities
- Observe client behavior, informing treatment team and document client progress/behavior in the Electronic Medical Record
- Plan and implement special events for assigned program
- Participate in program planning
- Maintain needed supplies and equipment
Possession of High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or the elderly population in one or more of the following areas: recreation, physical education, arts and crafts, horticulture, health and fitness, arts/expressive arts, music or a closely relation area.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
