Graham Insurance Agency has an immediate opening for a full‑time administrative position. We are an Independent Insurance Agency located in Fulton, MO celebrating 60 years in the community. We are dedicated to helping our clients manage the risks of everyday life and protect what matters most from the unexpected.

• Two years of previous administrative office experience required
• Previous experience in insurance a strong plus, yet not required if you have solid office skills and administrative experience
• Strong communications skills – written, verbal, and listening
• Decision making ability
• Detail-oriented
• Self‑motivated
• Enthusiastic about the opportunity to build a career in the insurance profession

• Ability to work independently
• Answer phone calls and advise accordingly
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Effectively utilize agency resources and follow agency standard processes to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, and perform other duties to support agency work flow
• Diagnose customer issues at a foundational level and provide solutions, ensuring that agency guidelines are being followed while also balancing the needs of the client
• Assist Agency Principal with administrative processes

• $37K - $45K, DOE
