SA Equipment Builders LLC is hiring a full-time Shop/Equipment Manager to lead the logistics and operations of our equipment yard and shop. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining, organizing, and tracking the company’s construction equipment, tools, and vehicle fleet. • Oversee daily operations of the shop, equipment yard, and tool inventory
• Manage scheduling and maintenance of heavy equipment, vehicles, and small tools
• Track all equipment usage, repairs, and downtime to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard and shop area
• Coordinate with field supervisors to dispatch and stage equipment for upcoming projects
• Lead and supervise shop personnel, including mechanics and yard staff
• Order parts, supplies, and tools as needed while monitoring inventory levels
• Ensure accurate record‑keeping for equipment inspections, certifications, and maintenance logs
• Uphold safety standards and company procedures at all times
• Support logistics and operations to ensure smooth jobsite deliveries and pickups

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shop, fleet, or equipment management (construction preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to multitask and lead a small team effectively
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment
• Must be dependable, honest, and proactive in solving problems
• Good communication skills for coordination with field and office teams

Full‑Time — Monday to Friday (Occasional overtime based on shop or field equipment needs)
